Dr. Karen M. Duffy Presents “Art and the Expression of Values in a Native American Community”

You are cordially invited to attend a lecture entitled, “Art and the Expression of Values in a Native American Community” presented by Dr. Karen M. Duffy, Research Associate in the Department of Folklore and Ethnomusicology, Indiana University, this coming Tuesday evening, March 25th at 7:00 p.m. in Rutledge Auditorium (R119).  Dr. Duffy’s presentation will focus on familial metaphors found in Acoma Pueblo ceramic traditions of New Mexico.  The lecture is a Global Cultural event sponsored by the Department of Fine Arts and the Global Learning Initiative (GLI), and it is free and open to the public.
