is an emerging national leader in the field of public art and arts administration. She is Program Administrator for the Art in Transit Program at the Charlotte Area Transit System, a position she has held since 2011. She administers public art projects from artist selection through installation and documentation to ensure a successful integration of the art into capital improvement projects. She is also develops and implements community education and outreach efforts and maintains program resources. In addition to her work with CATS, she has been invited to present on panels at the Americans for the Arts Public Art Network Pre-Conference in Chicago, at Davidson College, and at Central Piedmont Community College’s Sensoria Festival. Prior to her work with CATS, Stegall was an executive intern at McColl Center for Visual Art. Stegall also worked for the Association of Visual Art in Chattanooga, TN where she conducted grant research for education initiatives and coordinated art camp programming. A Rock Hill native, Stegall earned her Masters of Art in Arts Administration from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC and graduated with a Bachelors of Art with a concentration in Sculpture and French from Covenant College in Lookout Mountain, GA.
